The MBA and its members are always working on new and creative solutions to make housing more attainable. Among the viable solutions, we feel that jurisdictions should adopt and implement fee simple townhouse codes.

The 2018 Master Builders Association of Pierce County celebrated its 21st Annual Remodeling Excellence Awards on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Tin Can Alley. Many of our Pierce County local members went on to submit project entries for the state-level Excellence in Remodeling Awards (EIR).
