Master Builders Association Pierce County is proud to announce its 2021 Remodeling Excellence (REX) Award winners. The REX awards program recognizes outstanding remodeling projects throughout Pierce County. Categories included outdoor living, kitchen and bath updates, additions, and entire home transformations, among others. This year, winners received awards in 15 categories.
A judging panel meticulously reviewed each project before making their selections, making sure they met a set list of high criteria. Some winners were recognized in multiple categories. The People’s Choice Award was opened up to the general public for voting. With over 200 votes tallied leading up to the event, the winning project from the Entire House Over $600,000 category by Cornerstone Specialties won the People’s Choice Award.
The awards were handed out during REX’s reception on July 29th at Farm 12 in Puyallup, Wash. Master Builders REX awards are an annual opportunity for members to gain professional recognition for their outstanding work for clients during the year. The awards are open to all Master Builders Association of Pierce County members who have completed a project that meets the requirements of an award category.
